Tails IS allowed on all Sonic charts. Just not Sonic and Tails. Thank you for your time.

eh, I used sonic and tails on all my Sonic 2 times cause I did not know you could play with only one or the other. Gunna bust/ban me for it?

I don't know what you're ...ing about.  The first two stats are legal and Paragod has no stats in Sonic 2
