There goes my secret: I slow down time to win.  Damn, now I'll have to start obeying the laws of physics on speedruns.

The best thing about this guide is: there's three of it!  Hooray!

The guide read as follows:

In order for your submission for records to be Valid you need to NOT SLOW DOWN TIME OR USE THE DEBUG MODE TO GET SUPER/HYPER SONIC!!!
As Sonic all you have to do is just run to the teleporter and then to knuckles and KO him within 4-7 seconds and not concentrate on getting the rings.
