Said time is certainly possible. I'll probably be getting 23-24 as soon as I get around to that level again. Possibly lower, as I haven't done much experimentation yet.

Never mind, I found it out... Super-pell out, but jump off that so you don't go down the slope, then right when you jump, hold left for a while, then bounce off first bot-bot, then bounce off second one by moving right a bit, then you make the top, then the background is glitched, then continue(hit the spring, it sends you farther).
