Let me just explain this whole mess.

This is an attempt by SJ and I to play through MM3 with an odd condition: every time we get hit, we must package up an FCEU savestate and send it to the other person.

We're currently up to Needle Man. It's an amusing diversion, because we get to see all the mistakes that the other player makes.

You make it sound like it's a bad thing. I don't see anything in the rules about not using profanity. I mean, I don't use it, but SJ has every right to.

My two cents.

I demand that after this, SJ and I do this with MM5 >_>

My two cents.
It's actually a joke ... people are generally free with their language here, SJ is just possibly the top "offender" (or second only to RPG).  He has claimed in the past that his mouth was clean before he started competing here ... and someone (I forget who) actually documented every case where he swears in his submission comments, it's quite the entertaining read.  We're talking about someone who can make the F-bomb into any part of speech.  Yes, pronouns included.

I'm trying to tone down the profanity, but I can't help it with that happens to me >_>

hopefully if I ever get unleashed, things might change...although I still swear occasionally out of excitement.

MM5 swap begin!

EDIT: And MM5 swap end!  That was pretty fun.

Statistics:
Napalm Man - 27 damage SJ, 1 damage Quartz
Stone Man - 28 damage SJ
Charge Man - 4 damage SJ, 24 damage Quartz
Wave Man - Don't know, don't care.  This was a NIGHTMARE.  I think I did four damage.
Star Man - 28 damage SJ
Gravity Man - 12 damage SJ, 16 damage Quartz (But I hit twice as much with Star Crash!)
Gyro Man - 28 damage Quartz
Crystal Man - 4 damage SJ, 24 damage Quartz
Dark Man 1 - 10 damage SJ, 18 damage Quartz
Dark Man 2 - 28 damage Quartz
Dark Man 3 - 16 damage SJ, 12 damage Quartz
Dark Man 4 - 16 damage SJ, 12 damage Quartz
Wily's first boss - 16 damage SJ, 12 damage Quartz
Wily's second boss - 12 damage SJ, 16 damage Quartz
Gyro Man rematch - 28 damage Quartz
Gravity Man rematch - 12 damage SJ, 16 damage Quartz
Napalm Man rematch - 3 damage SJ, 25 damage Quartz
Star Man rematch - 28 damage Quartz
Stone Man rematch - 16 damage SJ, 12 damage Quartz
Wave Man rematch - 20 damage SJ, 8 damage Quartz
Crystal Man rematch - 28 damage SJ (Oh, I DID get a turn here <_<)
Charge Man rematch - 28 damage SJ
Wily Crusher (or something) - 15 damage SJ, 13 damage Quartz
Wily Machine 5 - 16 damage SJ, 12 damage Quartz (I think SJ learned something new here.  Or remembered.)
Wily Saucer 2 (or something) - 28 damage Quartz (Come on, Six Machine!  I mean Beat!)

Highlights:
I sucked on the main levels >_>
Right off the bat, we were stuck on a helicopter joe thing.  My fault <_<
Hilarity ensued when we realized we can't pause on the jetski part >_>
Wave Man sucks.  He managed to suck bigtime.  More so when I pressed the wrong button to slide <_<
The first death was of me trying to avoid astro-metools... and jumping into spikes.  Smooth move genius >_>
I scrolled enemies back on screen like an idiot more times than I ever have before.
The A seems impossible to get without dying in the original version.  Anniversary Collection makes it possible to survive.
The only other death was SJ falling into spikes in Wily 1.  Those of you that remember Wily 1, remember the spike fall?  The stupid one that kills you when you don't know where to drop?  That one.
Hilarity ensued again when I ended day 1 <_<  The moment SJ loads the savestate, BOOM!  Enemy swarm!  Well, two train metools and that other thing, but nontheless...
Wow, I used gravity hold a lot.  More than ever.  And ever was only on bosses.
The end of Dark Man 2 was great.  Solely due to the savestate's instructions to defeat it: "Fire to the right"
SJ took a hit as he defeated Wily Machine 5.  A swap and a defeat at the same time!  I wanted to do that.
