Most of the Sonic R Total Times (http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_r/times/total/total) aren't accounting for the recently added divisions.

The Sonic Adventure DX Gamma Total (http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_adventure_dx/times/total/gamma) isn't working properly anymore when submitting any new Gamma times. (possibly due to hot shelter no longer being under times?)

The chart is still there, but it's hidden.  You can't submit to it, but the total still requires a submission to that chart to list a total.

Since that didn't seem to make sense as an answer, let me rephrase my previous statement:
This (http://www.soniccenter.org/members/auriman1/sonic_adventure_dx) Gamma total hasn't worked after recently submitting new times, and (as far as I'm aware) this pattern carries on with all who have recently submitted new Gamma times.

In fact, quite a few totals (Gamma total, Sonic R total, Sonic Adventure 2 Race totals, Sonic Adventure Race totals) are askew or have improper values. They all relate to divisions being added/removed, so there lies the problem, I suppose.

Its because everyone that hasnt submitted since the new divisions were added/old divisions were nuked keep their old totals till they edit them, or somesuch
