Title: Classic Cerulean Skin

I still can't submit things in the Cerulean skin Rolken. I tried to submit my updated Zone X1 Sonic time with a comment, and the resulting error page said:

Not Found
The requested URL /4 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Fixed. And just today I was asking if there were any cerulean issues in the chatroom. D:
